Due to the COVID-19 pandemic online appointment booking is currently unavailable. Appointments and cancellations can be made by telephone; 01506 822665 during our opening hours, Monday to Friday 08:00am to 6:00pm.
All appointments are being allocated on the day and will not be bookable in advance. We can assure you the practice is still open and fully staffed, but we need to keep the waiting area as safe as possible for all patients. All initial assessment will be by telephone. If the Doctor or Nurse needs to see you face to face they will give you an appointment to attend.
When you contact the Practice to arrange an appointment the receptionist will ask for a brief indication of why you need an appointment. This allows the receptionist to ensure you speak to the most appropriate person. All our staff are bound by confidentiality in the same way as doctors.
